Once you have approved the design of your home,
we will calculate a "preliminary budget".
After reviewing the preliminary budget you
can decide to delete or add any options to
the plan to come up with a final budget.
Once you have approved the final budget and
construction plans and signed a construction
contract, an engineer plots the home on the
site along with the accompanying grading
plan and a building permit is ordered.
While waiting on the building permit from
the appropriate county, we move forward and
are ready to began construction as soon as
the building permit is authorized.
