Selecting the building site for your new custom home is as important as selecting the home itself.

Anderson Custom Homes will finalize the permitting and begin construction upon your approval of the final budget.

Your primary contact during the building of your home is our Construction Manager, who has more than 15 years of experience and is one of our clients' most trusted liaisons. He carefully monitors construction and quality control, and several clients have praised his genuine interest and enthusiasm for building their homes.

Our hand chosen subcontractors, craftsmen and suppliers have worked with Anderson Homes for years, and our long-standing relationships with them are based on their attention to excellence and efficiency.

Anderson Homes has a unique process when it comes to fine home building.
Anderson Homes strives for unparalleled excellence, superior quality and most importantly, total customer satisfaction. We want you to enjoy your homebuilding experience throughout the entire process - which is why we have outlined these seven building phases to better explain the steps involved in completing your Anderson Home.

In order to guarantee your greatest satisfaction, clients are always welcome to contact the construction manager or any other member of the Anderson Homes Team to schedule a meeting or discuss any phases of the construction process at any time during the construction process.
